We want you to be fully satisfied with your Retroid Pocket experience; if your device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all handhelds are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Handheld

  Securely pack the console, SD cards, and charging cables into the original box to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and hardware integrity, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
